Hansorri (한소리) is a real-time recognition, translation and review tool for Korean-language lectures, built for international students in Korea.

If you need help with the app, your account, downloads or lecture translation, contact us through the options below.

WeChat group: See the official Hansorri WeChat group, for Chinese-speaking users to chat, follow release updates and get help.
Rednote (Xiaohongshu): See the Hansorri Rednote account, for announcements, tutorials and user stories.

Can't sign in, or want to delete your account: email us with your registered email address and the type of issue.
An older version won't start: download the latest installer for your Mac's chip type (Apple Silicon or Intel), quit Hansorri and install the new version over the old one.
The community QR code has expired: email us and we will send you the current link.
Downloading and installing: include your operating system, app version and any relevant screenshots so we can look into it.
